The Dold Building
There is a picture from 1958 that shows Connie Clark and her sister Diane Brown standing in front of the Dold building in downtown Lexington, Virginia. In 1990, Connie sold that same building to it’s current owners. Because of it’s historical significance, she decided to come full circle and chose that location to start her own real estate company, City and County Real Estate in 2015. Connie always contributes thanks to Jerry Colonna (who passed in 1992) for expressing interest in her which started her real estate career.
Together with her daughter Chy Clark, they specialize in all types of real estate properties. Residential, commercial, land etc… Licensed for the state of Virginia, they cover mostly Rockbridge County. Both Connie and Chy prioritize one/one contact, that individual attention for each client they represent. With being able to listen to their clients needs/wants, they are able to provide them with results based on what they are asking for. Connie, with her career tenure in real estate, has many repeat clients that are always coming back because of being treated fairly and honestly. Connie and Chy have many networking connections throughout the area and good relationships with the other local real estate offices. They also have good working relations with the area banks and mortgage companies as well. This bringing options for their clients to choose from.
